Laborer – Cdl Drivers

About the Position:

We are seeking a hard-working and dependable Septic System Laborer to join our growing team. This role involves both hands-on labor and driving duties. Candidates must have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-Class A) or be willing and able to obtain one shortly after hire.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of company vehicles, including:
• Septic pumper truck
• Dump truck
• Roll back truck
• Pickup trucks with trailers
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of septic systems
• Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials
• Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and equipment setup
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, trucks, and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures on all job sites

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Class A) or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time frame
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Previous experience with septic systems, construction, or general labor a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating vacuum or pumper trucks
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of septic system components and installation process
