Work with one of the restaurant industry's well known Executive Chef.  Our culinary back-of-house team members are responsible for the impeccable execution of each and every recipe, in addition to maintaining food quality and kitchen standards.

Qualifications:

• Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipes
• An interest in learning and the ability to quickly grasp new knowledge

• The ability to use ingredients in the right proportion and be aware of the exact procedure of food preparation
• The ability to garnish food following specific plating desired by the chef
• The ability to work on your feet for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of food safety, safe food processing and preserving raw food

• Patience and a love for cooking

Responsibilities

• Cooks efficiently, working calmly and quickly with a presence of mind
• Maintains food quality and standards

• Demonstrates consistent attendance and punctuality
• Keeps their stations clean and well stocked
• Maintains the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen
