Position
CFC is looking for an aspiring Logistics Coordinator to join our team. From scheduling LTL for heavy equipment across the country, to managing curricula documents, this multifaceted role blends management/scheduling skills, customer communications, and hands-on shop work. Full time. First shift. Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and shipping equipment, literature, and other assets to support our On-Site Live Training service. This will include:
• Organization and management of digital documents.
• Printing and assembly of curricula materials.
• Managing inventory of materials.
• Maintenance of hydraulic equipment, tools, etc.
• Scheduling shipments to execute intensive training schedules.
• Direct, professional communication with distributors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective and timely execution of services.
• Assistance with general clerical work such as fielding phone calls, shop maintenance, cleaning, etc. In time, this position would ideally grow (with commensurate increase in compensation) to include direct scheduling of training courses, and assistance managing subcontractor and instructor assignments.
