Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will plan and provide for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of Ohio. Licensed Nurses (LPN) provide direct resident care and they direct and supervise employees providing care in the area.

Job Specifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Licensure/Certification: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio.
Experience: Previous experience in long-term health care facility preferred.
