Schedule: Flexible Shifts Available, 12 hour

Job Summary:

Optimized Senior Living Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Lebanon team. This position is essential in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. The LPN will work closely with the healthcare team to implement care plans, monitor residents' health, and provide compassionate support. This role requires working every other weekend, offering a consistent yet flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily nursing care and emotional support to residents
• Administer medications and document accurately
• Collaborate with caregivers and leadership to ensure top-quality care
• Communicate with families, residents, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
