Join our team at Hillandale Communities in a post hospital, fast paced rehabilitation unit and skilled nursing facility.
Hillandale Communities is seeking full and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a variety of shifts. This is an opportunity to use your nursing skills while working with a great team and delivering excellent customer service. Must have instructor-led CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire. Must have the flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays. Positions are 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities of our LPN positions include but are not limited to:

Providing direct nursing care

Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants

Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions

Attending required in-service trainings and educational eventsWe are seeking candidates with:
-
Current Ohio LPN license
-
Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
-
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
-
Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
-
Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
-
A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
