LPN – B Shift

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• The administration and documentation of prescribed medications and treatment
• Assessing and monitoring health status
• Providing timely and appropriate nursing care
• Transcribing physician’s orders according to Nursing Procedures
• Maintaining detailed nursing notes
• Participating in the monthly changeover of medications and treatments
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided
• Providing direct care to individuals as needed
• Assisting with the supervision of direct care staff

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be licensed by The State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Positive attitude and the ability to work with others as a team
• Basic computer skills
