Description
- The administration and documentation of prescribed medications and treatment
- Assessing and monitoring health status
- Providing timely and appropriate nursing care
- Transcribing physician’s orders according to Nursing Procedures
- Maintaining detailed nursing notes
- Participating in the monthly changeover of medications and treatments
- Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided
- Providing direct care to individuals as needed
- Assisting with the supervision of direct care staff
Job Requirements
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be licensed by The State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Positive attitude and the ability to work with others as a team
• Basic computer skills
