Hillandale Communities is seeking full and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for day and night shift (12 hr). This is an opportunity to use your nursing skills while working with a great team and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities of our LPN positions include but are not limited to:

Providing direct nursing care
-
Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
-
Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident conditions
-
Attending required in-service trainings and educational events
We are seeking candidates with:
-
Current Ohio LPN license
-
Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
-
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
-
Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
-
Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
-
Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
-
A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
-
Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
