Machine Operators

Machine operator positions available in West Chester and Fairfield. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available, starting ASAP!

1st shift: 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
2nd shift: 4pm-12am Mon-Fri
3rd shift: 12am-8am Sun-Thurs
All positions require OT when needed

Pay ranges between $14-$18/hr based on experience. Seeking candidates with at least 2 years of machine operating experience.

Also, you will receive a one-time $1000.00 bonus after one year of employment. You are also eligible for a $200.00 referral bonus for each candidate that you refer to the company. The only stipulation is that the employee is offered and accepts a position and works at least 6 months. There is no cap on the number of referral bonuses you may receive. This company also offers quarterly bonuses based upon OT worked of 300, 600 and 900 hours as well as quarterly production bonuses based upon previously set production goals.
