Maintenance Manager

JOB BRIEF

Byron Products is looking for a Maintenance Manager with industrial maintenance experience. The position will oversee a maintenance team and provide hands-on help with equipment maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose equipment issues and take necessary actions to correct the problems.
• Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring personnel safety, and performing other duties as required. Keep machines and workstations clean and organized.
• Keep machines and workstations clean and organized.
• Train operators to inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Train production workers and other users of tools/ equipment to adhere to manufacturers’ guidelines on equipment.
• Oversee and manage the maintenance team and establish priorities in maintenance schedules.
• Respond to maintenance issues.
• Provide and maintain the department budget.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Electrical experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes.
• Punctual attendance, attention to detail, & motivation.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must pass a drug test for employment and random throughout the year.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

SALARY

$70,000.00 to $90,000.00 to start. The beginning salary is dependent on experience.
