Maintenance Person

A local property management company is seeking a self-starter individual to visually inspect, repair and maintain properties located in the Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky area.

This job requires general knowledge of maintenance tasks, the ability to make minor repairs and look for potential problems. This position also consists of exterior cleanup and interaction with tenants. Knowledge of one or more specific maintenance trades is a plus. Must have a clean driving record.
