Maintenance Supervisor for a Townhome Community in Fairfield

An upscale townhome community is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to start immediately! We are a small community (105 units) in need of a jack-of-all-trades to supervise turnover of units, maintaining the grounds, completing work orders, troubleshooting electrical or plumbing issues. Must have own tools and prefer your own truck. Background and drug testing required. 

Turning over units, troubleshooting and fixing plumbing, electrical and HVAC issues. Maintaining the grounds.
