Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician assists management in maintaining equipment, interior and exterior appearance, performing many various repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day at multiple locations throughout the area.

• Experience working in facility maintenance or equipment repair capacity.
• Experience performing a variety of restaurant equipment, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and building repairs.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision.
• Sheetrock repairs
• Painting
• Unload deliveries.
• Valid Drivers license with good driving record
• Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications
• Self-motivated with the proven ability prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision
