Hillandale Communities is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. The maintenance technician is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completing service requests
- Responding to urgent needs
- Participating in a rotating weekend on-call schedule and taking calls as needed

High School Diploma or GED
Basic hand tools experience
Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
Self motivated and able to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
Valid state drivers’ license
