Maintenance Technician

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Maintenance department has current openings for maintenance technicians to perform a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of grounds, office facility and equipment.

Responsibilities:
• maintain landscaping, grounds, driveways and parking lots
• remove snow and ice from driveways, sidewalks and parking lots
• perform routine cleaning and maintenance on gardening and grounds equipment
• perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
• repair articles of furniture such as cabinets, chairs, fixtures and office equipment
• operate various hand and power tools
• move and reconfigure many types of office furniture systems

Requirements:
• landscape design and installation experience
• good mechanical aptitude
• troubleshooting skills using instruction manuals, blueprints and necessary tools
• exceptional customer service while interacting directly with the customer
• experience with indoor and outdoor maintenance work
• ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• landscaping coursework and certification preferred
