Hilco Vision is expanding and opening an additional state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join the team! The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for setting up the raw materials needed to produce each job and help to oversee the work of the machine operators. The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician team member also inspects the work of the machine and operators to ensure that all quality measures are being followed. This role is eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus!

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety is your number one priority (its ours, too!); you carefully adhere to all organizational safety practices including following appropriate procedures, as well as the proper wearing of required PPE in designated areas
  • Committed to quality, you pay excellent attention to detail and processes in order to reach a common goal of producing a great product for all customers

  • Equipment troubleshooting/Repair
  • Identify parts for replacement

You Must Have

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years maintenance and repair experience for manufacturing equipment
  • Experience with Volpac SL-110 machines is highly preferred

Physical Requirements

  • This role requires the ability to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
