Maintenance Worker

Job Summary

Currently we are seeking full-time maintenance worker to assist with our Fairfield properties.

Responsibilities and Duties

The maintenance employee will need to be able to do the following:

Perform regular maintenance needs on equipment and facilities
Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing and welding skills
 

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Must possess own tools
Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of rotating on-call

Experience:

Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
