MAINTENANCE WORKER

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance such as oil changes filter, hose replacement, and regular maintenance needs on equipment and facilities
Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing and welding skills

Maintenance Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Electrical Exxperience (Is a plus) Valid Driver's license
Reliable transportation
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of rotating on-call
