Medical Assistant

Scheidler Medical Preferred is looking for energetic, friendly, and professional medical assistants to join our team!  Busy primary care practice in Hamilton seeking dedicated, hard working individuals to accommodate our growing practice.  Business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and occasional Saturdays from 8 am to noon.  Full time medical assistants are typically scheduled a 4 day work week.

 

 

Job requirements include but are not limited to:
Patient check in
Documentation of vitals and chief complaint
Ancillary services performed such as EKG, Urinalysis, UDS, Blood Glucose, Injections, etc.
Referrals, Refills, Prior Authorizations
Answering phones, pharmacy calls, and taking patient messages
Other general office duties including faxing, filing, and other paperwork
