Nurse or Aide

Medicaid Waiver member needs dedicated and reliable Home Care Attendants with experience as a nurse or licensed practical nurse and who is vent trained. Member lives in Wilmington City and relies on dependable providers to help them carry out daily activities. Job responsibilities include: • Lifting • Endurance for detailed day shift routine Home Care Provider does not need to be contracted with Molina Healthcare currently. Hours of Care Needed: 2 hours per day for 3 Days per Week.

If you are a doctor, nurse or individual that wants to provide services, you must register as an "individual practitioner" at The Ohio Department of Medicaid. Once the application process is completed, additional documentation is required for enrollment.
