OFFICE ASSISTANT

We are looking for an Office Assistant. The preferred requirements for this position are:
Experience in an office administrative position is a plus. - High School Diploma or equivalent - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills required. - Dependable, punctual, self-starter with a positive upbeat attitude and ability to adjust to varying responsibilities and support multiple associates. - Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, pay attention to detail, problem solve and meet deadlines. - Requires inter-personal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment - Able to perform independently with minimal supervision - Performs general clerical and / or administrative duties and follows existing procedures - Works under immediate or general supervision.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibility is to provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Office Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, and flow of correspondence as well as additional administrative duties establishing and maintaining files in accordance with predetermined company standards. Must have the ability to multitask. Requires solid organizational skills. Perform special projects/duties as instructed by supervisor.
Our business hours are from 8:30am-5pm, M-F. Flexible work schedule.
