Hart Industries is looking for an Order Expeditor who is eager to work in a fast paced environment.  The primary objective of this position is to ensure all materials are available for the order within the required scheduled date, and to communicate with the sales team when this isn’t possible.  This would be done by reviewing open order reports from our system and meeting with the production scheduler, and purchasing department on a daily basis.  This individual would be the bridge between the production, sales, and purchasing departments to give information so the customer is being informed of delays and possible scheduling conflicts before they happen.   Pro-active problem solving with attention to detail and good communication skills are essential to thrive in the role.

Hart Industries is a second generation family business that has just celebrated our 55th year in business.  We are the leader for industrial hose and accessories to the tank truck market throughout the North America.

Work Hours:  8:00am - 4:30pm

Schedule:  Mon - Fri

Hart is currently looking for motivated employees who can meet the following requirements...

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience within the hose industry is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP software (TrulinX experience is a plus)
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Work as a liaison between sales and operations
