* Greet customers, find out what product or service they require, satisfy the request or offer a solution; for non parts customers introduce them to an appropriate team member. * Serve customers in the purchase replacement parts and supplies required to properly maintain and service their agricultural and lawn and garden equipment.* Record sales transactions and bin inventory records accurately. * Assist clients in managing their parts expense through our several parts stocking programs and handling machine down requests in an urgent manner. * Assist in merchandising the parts display area and keeping them organized. * Have the ability to build relationships with customers making them “A Customer for Life”. * Provide applicable assistance to the Service and Sales administration processes. * Responsible for assisting service technicians by looking up parts required to complete customer, internal or warranty repairs. * Receive in stock orders and daily orders putting away stock as required. * Perform other duties as assigned.
