Private Duty Nurse

Medicaid Waiver member needs dedicated and reliable Home Care Attendants with experience as a private duty nurse who is catheter trained. Member lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and relies on dependable providers to help them carry out daily activities. Job responsibilities include: • Lifting • Endurance for detailed day shift routine • Wound Care • And Personal Care Home Care Provider does not need to be contracted with Molina Healthcare currently. Hours of Care Needed: o Monday through Friday- 6 to 7 p.m. and 10 to 11 p.m. o Saturday and Sunday- 7 to 8 a.m.

If you are a doctor, nurse or individual that wants to provide services, you must register as an "individual practitioner" at The Ohio Department of Medicaid. Once the application process is completed, additional documentation is required for enrollment.
