Process Control Technicians

• Verify that we are producing a SAFE and HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT
• Verify employees are following all plant GMP's
• Verify that product specifications are being followed at all times through hourly line inspections
• Complete all necessary daily paperwork
• Communicate with all levels of management in quality
• Communicate with line operators and supervisors on quality of product being ran
• Perform scale and probe calibrations daily
• Perform any laboratory work required for each product (FFA, fat testing, etc)
• Pull micro samples as required by Koch Foods or customer specifications
• Shipping/Receiving inspections and releases
• Communicate clearly with others and work in a weekend rotation schedule
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds

JOB CRITERIA:

Math and HACCP test
Previous experience in quality
Computer experience
