Production Worker

Immediate need. We are seeking candidates who can operate process equipment and perform other tasks essential to production. This is a Temp to Hire, full time position. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Shifts are assigned per availability for (1st: 6am-2pm, 2nd : 2pm-10pm & 3rd : 10pm-6am).  We have the greatest need on off shift hrs (2nd & 3rd). Compensation is $13/hr.

Duties Include:
Monitor production machines
Basic inspection to identify & label defects
Mixing solutions for production
Data entry to complete daily production sheets
Sort, weigh, label or verify product to meet specifications
Operate forklifts (will train in-house)
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Abilities:
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer knowledge required
Personal accountability (timeliness, good work ethic)

Experience Preferred:
Previous hands-on work or manufacturing experience
Recognize importance of timeliness, teamwork & on time shipment
Basic understanding of following procedures and guidelines

Note:
Assignments require standing all day.
Must be able to arrive on time and work full 8 hours.
Able to work in the heat during the summer months.
