Quality Assurance Receiving Technician

This person is excepted to have some computer experience, communicate clearly with others, and work in a weekend schedule . This person should be a hard worker.

• Help with receiving inspection reports on all incoming raw materials and ingredients
• Do histogram graphs on incoming raw material reports
• Warehouse check once daily and communicate with the Warehouse Manager and Quality Assurance Director on any deficiencies
• Monthly room probe calibrations
• Bulk oil FFA receiving tests
• File whenever time is available
• Help with shipping releases
• Enter raw material data into quarterly reports
• Inspections of incoming return/cross-dock/co-pack products
• Communication with management of out of spec raw material
• Check all light traps and in cats to make sure they are in place wand working against map
• Perform short case weights, drilling, pest control, etc

Must be able to lift 70 pounds
Must have prior Quality Assurance experience
Good communication and computer skills
Be able to pass a math test
