Recreation Membership Services Manager

SALARY:     $50,128.00 - $61,006.40 annually

DESCRIPTION:  The City of Blue Ash Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an enthusiastic and community driven Recreation Leader - Membership Services Manager to join our team.

The Recreation Leader - Membership Services Manager is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager of Recreation Operations for the City of Blue Ash. This position performs a variety staff management and supervisory duties including but not limited to:

• Support and development of all front desk, concessions and tot room staff at the Blue Ash Recreation Center
• Management of Blue Ash Recreation Center room rentals and Nature Park shelter rentals
• Active participation as a member of the Recreation Department full time leadership team

With a focus on maintaining high quality communication, training and development while directly overseeing the main hub of communication within the Recreation Department, the Recreation Leader - Membership Services Manager is expected to be a dynamic leader, mentor and communicator.
