Responsibilities include:
- Assists with instrumental activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care as listed in the Resident's Service Plan.
- Observes changes in Resident status, needs or preferences and communicates them appropriately.
- Maintains clean, neat, comfortable and safe environment for Residents, staff and visitors, including housekeeping services for Residents.
- Observes all work, safety and administrative rules.
- Cares for cognitively impaired residents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
