Description
Role:
- Refurbish pre-owned Fanuc industrial robots
- Disassemble and rebuild mechanical arms and electrical controllers
- Diagnose motors, amplifiers, teach pendants, and control boards
- Assist with robot programming and certification cycle tests
- Prep robots for customer shipment and install
- Support customer installations with occasional travel
- Keep a clean shop and handle material pickups
Qualifications:
- Hands-on industrial robotics experience (Fanuc preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude - reducers, bearings, arms
- Strong electrical aptitude - motors, amps, boards
- Robot programming and troubleshooting skills
- PLC experience a plus (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Drive to learn the rebuild process and work independently
Organized, safety-minded, solid documentation habits
Compensation:
$25.00 - $40.00 per Hour
