Robotics Programmer

• Magnum Piering is a local, fast growing leader in design and manufacture of high quality foundation and anchoring products.

  POSITION SUMMARY
  The Robotic Programmer will be responsible for supervising the robotics department.

  • Program three Yaskawa robotic arms: two robotic plasma cells and a robotic weld cell.
  • Oversee the expansion of Magnum’s robotics program.
  • Supervisor department team members: coaching, training, development, discipline, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Participate in production and other supervisor meetings.

• Must have experience with programming and operating robotic machines.
• Robotic welding experience preferred.
• Prior supervisor experience a plus.
• Must be highly organized with the understanding of time management, ability to prioritize; and meeting deadlines.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
