QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Journeymen’s card, license or certification or technical training in maintenance/construction trade field
  • Or 5-10 years relevant experience in maintenance / construction trade field
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a GMP cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift or move up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to travel to multiple facilities
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc.
  • Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Facilities group members in execution of various projects throughout the facility
  • Complete all required documentation correctly and as scheduled
  • Complete all required training as defined by Quality Assurance
  • Initiate, maintain and complete all necessary documentation in accordance with quality system procedures
  • Completion of required project documentation as well as other tasks performed by the group. This includes document creation and completion using the SAP software suite.
  • Complete Facilities related repairs and projects within skillset
  • Provide guidance and solutions to challenges in area of expertise to team members as well as customers internal and external
  • Training of new / reassigned personnel
