Service Advisor

At Foreign Exchange, we strive to maintain life-long relationships with our customers by providing excellent customer service to each and every person who enters the building, as well as giving reasonable solutions for their vehicle needs. Our service advisors are the faces and voices of our company, and lead the team on building and maintaining these relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer interactions through all form of communication, including greeting customers, answering phones, and email.
• Maintain communication with the customer including providing estimates, relaying repair needs and including recommendations on future maintenance and repairs
• Work with the technicians on finding solutions for the vehicle, and working on a time line for completion of repairs
• Order parts as needed; handle the return of parts; maintain the items in stock

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Good driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Extensive knowledge of Asian/European vehicles
• Previous experience preferred
• Minimum of High School Diploma, college degree a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
