Staff Accountant

Job Summary: Staff accountant is responsible for accuracy and punctual production of all reporting as well as P&L and supporting data. Position requires accurate and complete reporting. Staff accountant will maintain the integrity of all accounting documents.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable Entries and Payments
• Bank Reconciliation for multiple bank accounts, and marketplace accounts
• Sales Tax payment entries
• Daily and monthly journal entries
• Sales Tax reporting and management for multiple states
• Management of Sales Tax setup in Netsuite
• Credit Card Expense Auditing and Reconciliations for multiple credit card accounts
• Management of accounting periods and reporting
• Additional tasks as needed to protect and support the financial needs of the business
