Description
Community First Solutions, Colonial Senior Services is looking for Full-time Staff Nurses to join our Nursing Team at our Westover, Berkeley Square, and Jamestowne Rehab facilities. This RN or LPN, Staff Nurses employee will be committed to promoting residents' well-being by fostering a collaborative and compassionate approach to care with a focus on best practices and quality outcomes.

RECENT LPN GRADS MAY EARN UP TO $26/HOUR
EXPERIENCED LPN MAY EARN UP TO $32/HOUR
RECENT RN GRADS MAY EARN UP TO $31/HOUR
EXPERIENCED RN MAY EARN UP TO $35/HOUR

FULL-TIME NURSING STAFF EARN 40 HOURS OF PAY FOR 36 SCHEDULED HOURS WORKED
Shifts Available -
Day Shift: 6:30 am-7:00 pm
Night Shift: 6:30 pm-7:00 am
EVERY THIRD WEEKEND
INSTEAD OF EVERY OTHER WEEKEND, OUR TEAM WILL ONLY WORK ONE OF EVERY THREE WEEKENDS

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident-driven care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or Resident physician
Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RA’s and STNA’s
Document pertinent information following established clinical policies and procedures
Effectively communicates with residents, family members, and co-workers
Protects the health and safety of residents
Experience & Qualifications
Must have an active license in the state of Ohio with authorization to pass medications
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Previous experience in long-term care/geriatrics preferred.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
Flexible schedule with the ability to work every 3rd weekend and holidays.
This is a direct care position that requires COVID-19 vaccination to protect our team and our clients. All applicants who would like to be considered for this position but are not yet vaccinated will be provided resources to become fully vaccinated.
