Summit Park Ice Rink Positions

SALARY:                         $10.64 Hourly

Join our Summit Park Ice Rink Team!  The City of Blue Ash is seeking to fill several seasonal positions working November 1st through January 10th at the Summit Park Outdoor Ice Rink.

This is a fun way to earn money and enjoy those winter months!  The Summit Park Ice Rink is located underneath the Glass Canopy between the restaurants.  Help make fun family memories at the Summit Park Ice Rink!

The position will enjoy paid, on-site training; contributions to the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System; free individual membership to the Blue Ash Recreation Center with eligibility and discount for family members and discounts at the Blue Ash Golf Course and the Sandtrap Grill.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

Serves as customer service representative for the Summit Park Ice Skating Rink through the following duties:

• Greets guests as they enter Rink area
• Serve as an active member of the Ice Rink staff
• Works with point of sale and skate rental areas
• Monitors activity of Rink patrons and guests, and enforces rules and policies
• Assists with coordination of overall ice rink operations
• Assists with special events at the Ice Rink
• Assists with maintaining safety and cleanliness of Ice Rink Facilities

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enthusiastic personality interested in providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to add to a cohesive and supportive team environment around like-minded, positive and creative team members
• Willingness and ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and a comprehensive background check

Hours:  Various including nights and weekends
