Summit Park Room Rental Team Positions

The City of Blue Ash is seeking enthusiastic team members to join the Summit Park Room Rental Team.   This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Rental Team members choose which shifts they would like to work. 

Summit Park, located in the center of Blue Ash, is a beautiful, 130-acre world-class park that provides exciting, year-round events, activities, and unique learning opportunities. Summit Park is the perfect site for gatherings and events.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
Serve as customer service representative and on-site contact for Summit Park Rental Rooms.  Duties include:

• Greet guests at the rental room. Open the room, walk guests through the rental check-list, and check them in. Serve as the on-site contact at Summit Park for the duration of the rental
• Show guests where tables, chairs and other rental equipment are located
• Meet guests after their rental time, check them out of room, empty trash and ensure room is clean and ready for the next rental group

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enthusiastic personality interested in providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to add to a cohesive and supportive team environment around like-minded, positive and creative team members
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with the public to answer questions
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift/exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and a comprehensive background check

Hours:  Various including nights and weekends. Rental Team members must work at least one rental shift per month.
