As a Customer Service Fueler/Washer, you are critical in helping to keep our customers moving by ensuring their vehicles are fueled up, safe, and ready to go. If you are motivated, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and interested in a stable career, we welcome you to apply! Many of those who started in this role have developer in our program to become diesel technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Refueling trucks/trailers as they come across our fuel island
- Checking fluids and walk around inspections
- Checking in truck rentals when they are returned
- Cleaning and detailing rental trucks
- Washing rental units
- Dispose of trash left in cab
- Helping clean in the shop when caught up on cleaning trucks
- Parts running occasionally
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license, required
- The ability, interest, and willingness to work outdoors
- A positive, customer service attitude and effective communication skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred, demonstrated past problem solving, tool usage, and repair experience
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, Standing, Stooping/Kneeling for extended amounts of time.
- Reaching with arms and hands
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work independently
