The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Commercial Lines Department is currently seeking candidates for a Team Assistant class beginning in June, 2022. Team assistants support underwriters in servicing agencies by processing tasks needed in the policy issuance process. Active in maintaining overall quality and efficiency of work performed within the team.

Starting Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.50/hr

Be Ready To:

• process tasks received from underwriting to rate renewals, anniversaries and endorsements
• use technology to complete tasks and policy renewals
• maintain an assigned territory size and volume
• process and enter motor vehicle reports

Be Equipped With:

• experience with following manuals, rating insurance policies and typing
• excellent computer skills
• good verbal and written communication skills
• the ability to pay attention to detail
• the ability and willingness to collaborate with others to get results
• good research skills
• the ability to be flexible and open to change

You've Earned:

• high school diploma or GED
