The VLM Installation, Repair and Maintenance Technician is a pivotal role in our company that spearheads our customer service program.
In this job, you will provide technical installation and customer support service to all customers that have purchased Modula Vertical Lift Modules. The role requires using technical and mechanical knowledge and available internal and external resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
The individual in this position must be a self-starter with a high degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and professionalism in collaborating with colleagues and clients.
Relationship building, client service, and the ability to follow up in a timely manner are critical for success.
The ideal candidate will have relevent experience, excellent communication and leadership skills coupled with a solid mechanical/electrical aptitude.
In the absence of specific experience or prior certification for installing Vertical Lift technologies, we will enroll you in a 2 Week Hands-On Certification course at the Modula Factory in Franklin, Ohio immediately upon job acceptance. We will also provide all the tools necessary to do your job.
