Warehouse Associate/Logistics Assistant

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Logistics Assistant to join our Laboratory team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary: communication with internal and external providers, shipping supplies to sites, etc;
• Utilize multiple ERP systems to perform daily tasks;
• Coordinate shipments between Medpace & other labs;
• Coordinate and order material for Clinical trials;    

High school diploma or equivalent;
At least 1 year of industry experience in related similar position;
Prior warehouse, transportation, or logistics experience in medical industry is a plus;
Previous experience using FedEx Ship Manager;
Previous experience with import/export and knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations is desired;
Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office;
Team-worker and detail-oriented with good time management skills and strong ability to multitask;
Fluency in English;
