Working Superintendent

Commercial contractor seeking Working Superintendents. These are immediate openings & permanent positions.

Commercial construction experience is required.

Skills needed:

• Strong communications skills
• Ability to plan for and communicate with all trades
• Ability to plan for and communicate with inspectors
• Ability to communicate with clients
• Proficient reading blueprints
• Strong knowledge of construction trades, materials and construction methods
• Proficient in job-site layouts. Framing, ceilings, drywall, paint/finishes, millwork, prepping for MEP trades, etc.
• Ability to plan for and order appropriate materials, as needed for each project
• Maintaining safe, clean and organized job-sites
• Supervising all trades on job-sites
• Running jobs (from layout, through construction, inspection, clean-up and turn over to client)
• This is a working superintendent position – self-performing (some of the carpentry) tasks will be required
• Must have valid DL & transportation
• Monday-Friday & most Saturdays

*Pay is based on experience
