Landscape Team Leader

J.R. Thomas Landscaping, a family-owned design/build firm, is currently searching for talented landscape professionals and/or students and recent graduates to join our Loveland-based team. We focus on high-end residential landscape, hardscape, and LED lighting installations, as well as horticultural maintenance.

Job Highlights:

• Landscape installations and coordination of materials
• Onsite landscape project management
• Onsite quality control/training for crew members
• Client and team communications

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license strongly preferred
• Minimum 1-year professional landscape experience OR education
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment, or learn quickly
• Ability to read and implement blueprints preferred
• Basic knowledge of horticultural practices for our area
• Strong communication and math skills
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working outdoors
