HVAC/Maintenance Technician
For 30 years, Pinnacle Management has been regarded as one of Butler County's local leading property management companies. We have apartments and townhouses in Fairfield and Trenton Ohio. Our individual homes are scattered all throughout Hamilton, Fairfield, Forest Park, Springdale, Liberty Township, Fairfield Township, and the Mason/West Chester area.

We are looking for an HVAC/Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will install, service, repair heating and air conditioning systems and perform regular maintenance needs for multiple properties that we manage.

Responsibilities:

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

When Available:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Prepare properties for new residents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC/Maintenance or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Must possess own tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to respond to after hours emergency calls as part of rotating on-call (every 6 weeks)
