POSITION:            Manufacturing Associate

JOB SUMMARY

A general laborer performs various tasks in the daily production operation.  They are responsible for tasks assigned to them by the manufacturing supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assembly
• Packing/Crating
• Rolling
• Drilling
• Tack Welding
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Quality Control
• Scanning Work Orders
• Counting and identifying parts
• Parts Inventory
• Organizing and maintaining work area cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
• Education – HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Job specific attributes/skills
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities / organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to analyze the impact of work processes and product delivery
• Knowledge of the Industry specification and equipment
