Coordinator of Events & Programming

The City of Blue Ash is seeking an enthusiastic team member to join the Programming and Events Team in a program coordination administrative support role.

The Coordinator of Events & Programming position is a Part-Time Permanent position with an average of 15-20 hours per week, year round. Primary hours are 9:00am to 1:00 pm M-F with occasional night or weekend hours.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:

• Serve as an active member of the Programming and Events Team
• Coordinate programming activities taking place in the Blue Ash Recreation Center. Including regular phone calls, emails and other communication with community partners, instructors, and community members.
• Provide support of programming and events activities including:  contracts, scheduling and invoicing for events across the City of Blue Ash

• Ability to add to a cohesive and supportive team environment around like-minded, positive and creative team members
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to learn new things and ability to think creatively.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software, including internal Point of Sale and Scheduling Software.
