Concrete Laborers

Metcon Ltd. is looking for hardworking, dependable students who want hands-on experience in construction. Team members assist our concrete crews on active jobsites throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.

This job is ideal for students interested in construction, skilled trades, or working outdoors.

Important: Job Location & Travel

• Work is performed at jobsites throughout Miami Valley Area

• Team members drive to jobsite

• No overnight travel required

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• Daytime hours - 730am- 430pm

• No weekend work

What You’ll Do

• Assist crews with jobsite setup and cleanup

• Carry materials and tools

• Help with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow safety instructions at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and on time

• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work

• Reliable transportation to meet crew or jobsite

• Interest in construction or skilled trades

Pay

Starting at $17hr -$28 all depending on experience
