Job Summary
Truckway Leasing is looking for an experienced Diesel Truck Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate in this position will be responsible for repairing and maintaining trucks and trailers for our various accounts. This is not an entry level position. It requires experience in the Diesel Tech field. This position requires someone who can work independently and can handle on-the-spot problems.

Availability: Days and hours will be Tuesday-Saturday with flexibility, which will be discussed with the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain class 6,7, and 8 Trucks and Trailers
- Perform route maintenance
- Basic computer skills to enter in jobs and bill time in computer system
- Interact with customers and handle customer requests
- Use Diagnostic software to troubleshoot problems
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a Diesel Technician

Clean MVR with a Class A or CDL being a significant plus

At least 1 year of Fleet or Dealership experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Deadline and detail oriented

Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team
