Direct Support Professional

LCD Agency Services is searching for a full time night shift Direct Support Professional in Hamilton, Ohio!

As an Employee with us, you will receive one on one training with the Individuals you assist LCD is operated by a small team of healthcare professionals who have over 17 years of experience.

We are a small Agency, which allows us to provide individualized support.

As a Direct Support Professional for our company, you will:

Assist the Individual with daily living activities, maintaining personal hygiene, and moving throughout the residence.

Medication administration (we will help find a class)

Candidates Must Have The Following:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent

Current First Aid and CPR certifications (certified onsite)

The ability to pass a State/Federal Back Ground Check

Excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing the best care possible for disabled, and elderly populations

A friendly, encouraging demeanor when engaging with Individuals

The ability to handle stressful situations calmly, and productively
